Method
  1. Spiral the peel of a whole lemon.
  2. Rim glass with peel oil.
  3. Hold part of peel outside glass.
  4. Add ice.
  5. Pour lime liqueur over ice.
  6. Pour in lemon juice and syrup.
  7. Top with soda and wine.

Citronge Lime Cooler is nummy standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml lime liqueur cello and 15ml lime juice with 10ml fassionola green syrup as well as 20ml soda water including 25ml sparkling wine white dry also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just spiral the peel of a whole lemon then rim glass with peel oil and hold part of peel outside glass. Add ice and pour lime liqueur over ice and pour in lemon juice and syrup then top with soda and wine and served in a highball glass cold.
