Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Classic Absinthe is inviting robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml pernod and 15ml anisette liqueur baitz with 20ml water as well as 10ml sugar syrup gelatin including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a sherry glass cold.
