Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Classic Bombay is gorgeous very strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy viceroy and 10ml vermouth dry with 10ml vermouth rosso adelaide hills distillery as well as 10ml pernod including 10ml orange liqueur also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
