Method
  1. Take zest from clementine.
  2. Cut away skin and pith.
  3. Segment clementine pulp from membrane.
  4. Add zest and pulp to glass.
  5. Add clementine juice and sugar.
  6. Muddle well.
  7. Pour vodka into glass over mash.
  8. Top with crushed ice.

Clementine Caipiroska is sharp strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml vodka new amsterdam and 30ml clementine juice with 30ml clementine pulp as well as 10ml sugar turbinado including 60ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just take zest from clementine then cut away skin and pith and segment clementine pulp from membrane. Add zest and pulp to glass and add clementine juice and sugar and muddle well then pour vodka into glass over mash and top with crushed ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
