Stirred with 15ml gin and 15ml elderflower liqueur dekuyper with 30ml lemon juice as well as 30ml orange juice including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with lemon peel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
