Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.
  6. Garnsih with shredded coconut.

Coconut Monkey is delectable quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 30ml brandy apricot with 30ml coconut cream as well as 30ml pineapple juice including 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and garnsih with shredded coconut and served in a goblet glass cold.
