  1. Add ice into glass.
  2. Add bitters to the edge of glass.
  3. Add bourbon.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with wedge of lemon.

Coconut Rum Highball is stunning full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum coconut caribaya and 10ml bitters with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add bourbon. Top with soda water and garnish with wedge of lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
