Corkscrew is sweet full strength cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml rum light white and 10ml brandy peach with 10ml vermouth dry de bortoli as well as 200ml ice and best with egg dishes. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and garnish with lemon peel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
