Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Tasteful

Rum Forres Park Puncheon forres park puncheon rum was developed for the exclusive use of the fernandes family and their estate workers. the name is derived from the old sugar estate that the family acquired in the 1930s. this over proof rum was stored in enormous wooden casks or puncheons as they were then called.

Lemon Juice juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a ph of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cuban is tasteful super strong cocktail at 3.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum forres park puncheon and 15ml lime juice with 15ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
