Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Dry shake without ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

Dando is succulent quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml sherry cream gonzalez byass and 30ml gin teichenne kinross tropical with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 10ml bitters including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with pineapple wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
