Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Pour in pisco into glass over ice.
Fill glass with pineapple juice.
Go hard with a chicken burger.

Darwin Island is extremely pleasant strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml pisco barsol quebranta and 55ml pineapple juice with 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in pisco into glass over ice and fill glass with pineapple juice. and go hard with a chicken burger and served in a highball glass cold.
