Method - Shaken - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.

Dempsey is luscious full strength cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 25ml gin drumshanbo and 25ml brandy apple lairds with 10ml pernod as well as 10ml grenadine including 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
