Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Cut chilli into rounds and add to shaker.
  3. Add half the ice to shaker.
  4. Quick shake to mix.
  5. Pour everything into glass.
  6. Top glass with ice.

El Fuego is heavenly strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml tequila anejo sauza and 30ml lime juice with 15ml agave syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then cut chilli into rounds and add to shaker and add half the ice to shaker. Quick shake to mix and pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
