El Toro is scrummy above average cocktail at 3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml tequila reposado gran orendain and 260ml beer brew eisbock and good with afternoon tea. Just pour beer into glass then pour shot of tequila into glass over beer and served in a highball glass cold.
