  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Pour in tsipouro greek brandy.
  3. Add soda water.
  4. Pour in pomegranate juice.

Layered with 30ml tsipouro katsaros and 30ml pomegranate juice with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and had with cheese style dishes. Just add ice to glass then pour in tsipouro greek brandy and add soda water. Pour in pomegranate juice and garnish with bay leaf and served in a highball glass cold.
