Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with violet flowers.

Eugenie is delectable violet liquor average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml violet liqueur giffard and 30ml pineapple liqueur baitz with 30ml cream as well as 10ml sugar syrup gelatin including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with violet flowers and served in a saucer glass cold.
