Method
  1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  2. Quick shake to mix.
  3. Place ice into shaker.
  4. Shake well again until frothy.
  5. Strain into saucer style glass.
  6. Garnish with lemon peel.

Whisky Sour Fluffy is restoring very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky lark wolf and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml gomme syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add all ingredients to shaker then quick shake to mix and place ice into shaker. Shake well again until frothy and strain into saucer style glass and garnish with lemon peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
