Method
  1. Use cold glass and shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less champagne and cognac.
  3. Quick dry shake without ice.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Pour in cold champagne.
  6. Float cognac on top.

French 65 is flavourful strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 50ml champagne and 15ml cognac remy martin with 15ml gin tower as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 10ml lemon juice and best with lunch. Just use cold glass and shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less champagne and cognac and quick dry shake without ice. Pour all into glass and pour in cold champagne and float cognac on top and served in a flute glass cold.
