French Pearl is moreish robust cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml gin whisky barrel kis and 20ml lime juice with 20ml gomme syrup as well as 10ml pernod including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well and smash mint. Strain into glass and garnish with lime and served in a martini glass .
