Galliano Sour is restoring full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml galliano and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml elderflower syrup hafi as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well until very frothy. Strain into glass and garnish with a lemon zest and served in a saucer glass cold.
