Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Add schoop of ice cream to center of glass.
  3. Pour over liqueurs on each side.
  4. Sprinkle praline over ice cream.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries.

Georgette Bombe is delectable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml cherry liqueur and 30ml pecan liqueur with 50ml ice cream and best with lunch. Just chill glass then add schoop of ice cream to center of glass and pour over liqueurs on each side. Sprinkle praline over ice cream and garnish with maraschino cherries and served in a saucer glass cold.
