Gin Gibson

30ml

Vermouth Doro Martini

100ml

Ice

Onion White

Onion Green

Onion Red

34% Alcohol By Volume

68 Proof

2.4 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add all ingredients.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with three cocktail onions.

Gin Gibson gibson gin is a distilled alcoholic drink that derives its predominant flavour from juniper berries.

Vermouth Doro Martini vermouth doro martini is a summery aperitif and made from white wine herbs spices and sugar and is a sweet vermouth.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Onion White small white onion pickled in an acid and are clean white color with a sharp vinagar taste.

Onion Green small green coloured onion pickled in an acid.

Onion Red small red coloured onion pickled in an acid.

Gibson Martini is sharp heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin gibson and 30ml vermouth doro martini with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to mixing glass then add all ingredients and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with three cocktail onions and served in a martini glass cold.
