Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add gin into glass over ice.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Top with ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with squeezed lemon wedge.

Gin Buck is succulent average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin heathcote and 10ml lemon juice with 60ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add gin into glass over ice and add lemon juice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with squeezed lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
