Gin Fizz is zesty strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin dry archie rose and 15ml sugar syrup with 20ml lemon juice as well as 30ml soda water including 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack glass with ice then add the rest of the ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
