Method
  1. Pack ice into glass with and brunoise of apple.
  2. Add gin.
  3. Add sugar syrup.
  4. Add soda.
  5. Top with port wine.
  6. Garnish with apple and nutmeg.

Gin Sangaree is extremely pleasant sangria strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin tattarang springs and 10ml sugar syrup with 30ml soda water as well as 30ml port wine mcwilliams hanwood including 190ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just pack ice into glass with and brunoise of apple then add gin and add sugar syrup. Add soda and top with port wine and garnish with apple and nutmeg and served in a highball glass cold.
