Ginger Custard is stimulating weak cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml ginger liqueur greenbar and 15ml candied ginger with 55ml custard and had with cheese style dishes. Just use warm glass then pour custard into bottom of glass and add candied ginger. Pour ginger liquer over all and serve cocktail spoon and biscuits and served in a saucer glass warm.
