Ginger Mojito is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml ginger liqueur and 15ml rum light white captain morgan with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml ginger syrup including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then add half the mint and ginger to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and pour all into glass and top glass with ice and soda water and garnish with mint and candied ginger and served in a highball glass cold.
