Goat Cheese Dipper is palatable dipper full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 50ml cheese goat and 50ml gin sloe hellfire with 10ml ouzo and had with cheese style dishes. Just cut goats cheese in small squares then add to wam glass and pour gin over goat cheese. Sprinkle ouzo over sloe gin and goats cheese and add side serve of crackers and cocktail fork on a doily plate and garnish with sun dried tomato and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
