Golden Rum Fizz is bitter smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 30ml egg yolk with 30ml lemon juice as well as 20ml sugar syrup including 40ml soda water also 250ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add rest of ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and pour into glass and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
