Method
  1. Fill galss with ice.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker less pineapple.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with brunoise of pineapple.

Goldilocks is tasty quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum dark captain morgan and 30ml rum coconut parrot bay with 20ml pineapple juice as well as 20ml orange juice including 290ml ice also 10ml coconut water and best with buffet style food. Just fill galss with ice then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker less pineapple. Shake well and strain into glass and garnish with brunoise of pineapple and served in a highball glass cold.
