Method
  1. Take zest from grapefruit.
  2. Cut away skin and pith.
  3. Segment grapefruit pulp from membrane.
  4. Add zest and pulp to glass.
  5. Add grapefruit juice and sugar to glass.
  6. Muddle well.
  7. Pour vodka into glass over mash.
  8. Top with crushed ice.

Grapefruit Caipiroska is piquant strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml vodka grapefruit finlandia and 30ml grapefruit juice with 30ml grapefruit pulp as well as 10ml sugar turbinado including 60ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just take zest from grapefruit then cut away skin and pith and segment grapefruit pulp from membrane. Add zest and pulp to glass and add grapefruit juice and sugar to glass and muddle well then pour vodka into glass over mash and top with crushed ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
