Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour in grapefruit liqueur.
  3. Add grapefruit juice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit peel.

Grapefruit Rickey is acidic light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml grapefruit liqueur vedrenne and 15ml grapefruit juice with 55ml squirt soda as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in grapefruit liqueur and add grapefruit juice. Top with soda water and garnish with grapefruit peel and served in a highball glass cold.
