Method
  1. Pack ice into highball.
  2. Pour ouzo into glass over ice.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Top with ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with squeezed lemon wedge.

Built with 15ml tsipouro gatsios and 15ml ouzo with 10ml lemon juice as well as 60ml ginger ale soda including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just pack ice into highball then pour ouzo into glass over ice and add lemon juice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with squeezed lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
