Greek Mojito is succulent strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml ouzo tsantali and 15ml rum light white with 15ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add half the mint to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Quick shake to mix and pour all into glass and top glass with ice and soda water and garnish with mint and lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
