Greenbriar is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml sherry dry golden oak and 30ml vermouth dry with 10ml peach liqueur leopold bros and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ingredients to mixing glass then stir well and pour into glass and garnish with mint and served in a wine glass cold.
