Method
  1. Warm shaker and heat cubes.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Dry shake without heat cubes.
  4. Add heat cubes and shake until emulsified and froth.
  5. Garnish with nutmeg.

Honey Whisky Flip is scrummy robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whisky watkins and 30ml egg with 20ml honey and served for or with tiffins. Just warm shaker and heat cubes then add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake without heat cubes. Add heat cubes and shake until emulsified and froth and garnish with nutmeg and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
