Method
  1. Warm heat cubes and bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake until emulsified.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Succulent

Hoppel Poppel is succulent smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 70ml milk cow with 30ml egg yolk as well as 20ml sugar syrup including 100ml heat cubes and good to have with brunch. Just warm heat cubes and bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake until emulsified. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
