Method
  1. Heat glass.
  2. Heat all ingredients, less peel.
  3. WARNING Do not boil.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with lemon peel twist.
  7. Very Palatable

Hot Tequila Blanco is very palatable quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml tequila blanco espolon and 10ml lemon juice with 40ml water as well as 10ml sugar syrup and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just heat glass then heat all ingredients, less peel and warning do not boil. Stir well and strain into glass and garnish with lemon peel twist and served in a martini glass warm.
