30ml

Guava Juice

20ml

Mandarin Juice

10ml

Lime Juice

290ml

Nutmeg

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass over ice.
Garnish with nutmeg.

Mandarin Juice juice from a mandarin.

Jungle Spice is moreish strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum light white captain and 30ml guava juice with 20ml mandarin juice as well as 10ml lime juice including 290ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and garnish with nutmeg and served in a goblet glass cold.
