Lemon Rum Cooler is glorious average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum gold amber and 10ml falernum syrup with 10ml lemon juice as well as 25ml pineapple juice including 25ml soda water also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Strain into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
