Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with smiley face made from macadamia nut syrup.

Macadamia Nut Joy is scrummy full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml macadamia liqueur castle glen and 30ml vodka with 40ml cream as well as 10ml macadamia syrup giffard including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with smiley face made from macadamia nut syrup and served in a saucer glass cold.
