Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add a few roasted macadamia nuts to glass.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Quick shake to mix.
  5. Fine strain into glass over macadamia nuts.

Macadamia Rum is moreish strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml macadamia liqueur kahana and 30ml rum chairmans reserve with 30ml cream as well as 10ml bunya nut syrup native collection including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into shaker then add a few roasted macadamia nuts to glass and add all ingredients to shaker. Quick shake to mix and fine strain into glass over macadamia nuts and served in a saucer glass cold.
