Macedoine is scrummy standard cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml apple liqueur red dekuyper and 15ml apricot liqueur briottet with 15ml blackberry liqueur as well as 15ml plum liqueur prunelle including 50ml jelly apple and had with salad dishes. Just make wine jelly and chill then chop jelly into small pices and add jelly to glass. Pour liqueurs into glass and serve with cocktail spoon and garnish with fruit cut into macedoine and served in a saucer glass cold.
