Mandarine Imperiale is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml mandarine liqueur napoleon and 10ml egg white with 10ml mandarin juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 40ml sparkling wine white also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less wine and shake well. Rest and shake again and strain into glass then top with sparkling wine and garnish with peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
