Melon Splice is tasty average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml melon liqueur and 30ml rum coconut malibu with 20ml pineapple juice as well as 20ml coconut cream including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to shaker, less coconut cream and shake well. Pour a two thirds into glass over ice and add coconut cream to shaker and shake well until foaming then float on top and garnish with pineapple and served in a highball glass cold.
