Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add ingredients to glass.
Pour in soda water.
Gently stir.
Garnish with lemon.

Falernum Liqueur falernum liqueur used in caribbean and tropical drinks. it contains flavors of almond ginger lime and sometimes vanilla cloves and allspice.

Moai Spritz is pleasant tasting strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum dark and 10ml amaro cynar 70 with 10ml falernum liqueur as well as 50ml soda water including 50ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into glass then add ingredients to glass and pour in soda water. Gently stir and garnish with lemon and served in a wine glass cold.
