Method
  1. Run pepper sauce around the inside of glass.
  2. Add avocado pulp heep in center.
  3. Pour lime juice around edges.
  4. Pour gold tequila over the top.
  5. Few Sprinkle of pepper sauce on top.
  6. Serve on a doily plate.
  7. Add side serve of corn chips and chilly for dipping.

Nachos Dipper is mouth watering average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 60ml avocado pulp and 30ml mezcal monte alban with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml tabasco pepper sauce and best with an entree or small snack. Just run pepper sauce around the inside of glass then add avocado pulp heep in center and pour lime juice around edges. Pour gold tequila over the top and few sprinkle of pepper sauce on top and serve on a doily plate and add side serve of corn chips and chilly for dipping and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
