Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into ice cold glass.
  5. Garnish with orange twist.

Nasty Dubarry is flavoursome full strength cocktail at 3.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin dry japhet white and 20ml vermouth dry adelaide hills distillery with 20ml pernod as well as 10ml bitters oranjebitter including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into ice cold glass and garnish with orange twist and served in a martini glass .
