Orange Rum Baba is beguiling quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum cihuatan and 30ml orange liqueur with 20ml cane syrup and best with lunch. Just add rum baba yeast cake to glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over baba cake and alow the baba to soak up the rum and serve with spork to eat and garnish with whipped cream and candied orange and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
