Method
  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Gently dry stir without ice.
  4. Pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with pear.

Pear Cobbler is enjoyable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml sherry and 30ml brandy pear with 10ml cinnamon syrup as well as 30ml soda water including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Pour into glass and garnish with pear and served in a highball glass cold.
